Overview
Bella&Bona is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager (HubSpot Focus) to help us activate, retain, and re-engage customers across every stage of their journey.

This role combines data-driven lifecycle strategy with hands-on HubSpot execution — building, launching, and optimizing the automated journeys that keep our users engaged and coming back for more.
You’ll co-own our customer lifecycle strategy, ensuring every campaign and automation delivers measurable growth and customer love. From onboarding to reactivation, you’ll make sure every touchpoint drives engagement, repeat orders, and long-term loyalty.
Your mission


  • Lifecycle campaigns: Design and optimize multi-channel campaigns that activate, retain, and re-engage users.
  • HubSpot ownership: Build and manage emails, landing pages, and forms directly inside HubSpot — no developer needed.
  • Automation: Create smart triggers and personalized journeys that drive daily engagement and retention.
  • Performance & reporting: Track key lifecycle KPIs — activation rate, repeat order rate, churn, and campaign ROI — and share actionable insights.
  • Testing & optimization: Run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, and content across landing pages to continuously improve engagement and conversion.
  • Collaboration: You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing, Brand Design, Performance Marketing — your focus is on channel performance, testing, and optimization.
  • Data alignment: You partner with RevOps to connect campaign performance with retention and revenue growth.
  • Channel evolution: Start with email as your core channel, expanding into push notifications and other formats over time.
Your profile
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing.
  • Advanced HubSpot user — you’ve built campaigns, landing pages, and reports yourself – HubSpot Marketing/Content Hub required.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing, automation, and customer segmentation.
  • Data-savvy: able to interpret performance reports, identify insights, and act on them.
  • Comfortable managing both strategy and execution — from campaign ideation to launch and optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
  • A proactive, test-and-learn mindset with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity.

Bonus

  • Familiarity with push notificationsdirect mailings, or community management (Linkedin).
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSSFigma, or HubL for template fine-tuning.
  • Background in FoodTech, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses.
