To support our growth, we are looking for a hands-on and operationally strong Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our daily delivery operations.
As Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of all daily delivery operations. You will lead the dispatch team, coordinate drivers, optimize routes, and ensure that every delivery meets our service standards.
This is a hands-on role, including stepping in to support deliveries when necessary.

Your mission

Plan and optimize daily delivery routes (tours) to ensure efficiency and punctuality
Monitor drivers in real time to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards
Maintain continuous communication with drivers and provide operational support throughout the day
Communicate proactively with customers in case of delays, issues, or service disruptions
Manage and supervise the dispatch team to ensure smooth coordination and workflow
Provide emergency delivery support by personally driving and delivering orders when required
Plan logistics for catering events (including transport of cutlery, bowls, service items, etc.)
Prepare daily logistics reports and monitor KPIs
Control and optimize logistics costs
Oversee company vehicles (maintenance, servicing, cleanliness, technical coordination)

Your profile

Proven experience in logistics, dispatch, or operations management
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Leadership experience (dispatch or driver team management preferred)
Fluent German and good English skills
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Data-driven mindset with operational focus
Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
Willingness to drive and support deliveries when needed
English required (German strongly preferred)
