Your mission

Your day starts at 6:00 AM.

When we have catering events:
- Prepare and assemble catering orders to Bella & Bona quality standards
- Deliver catering to client locations across Munich (driving required)
- Set up and run catering on-site, ensuring smooth execution and a great client experience
- Collect client feedback and flag insights to the team

During non-catering periods:
- Support the kitchen team as a Kitchen Operator
- Carry out line preparation and dish assembly
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and efficiency standards in the kitchen
- Help the team deliver daily meals on time and at full quality

Your profile

Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in fine dining or high-quality production kitchens.
Valid, Permanent EU driving licence.
Hands-on, reliable, and comfortable with early morning starts (6:00 AM)
Able to work independently and take initiative, especially during catering logistics
Strong sense of organisation and time management
Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Food & Beverage, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field (plus).
