We are looking for a Chef (m/w/d) to join our Potsdam kitchen team on a full-time, permanent basis to support our Catering operations. (Afternoon shift)

Your mission

- Planning the weekly catering production
- Reviewing order requests and aligning with supply chain to ensure product availability
- Preparing mise en place to the point where dishes can be regenerated and sent to the client
- Improving existing menu items and developing new ones alongside the product team
- Flexible working hours between 11:00 and 00:00

Your profile

- Experienced catering chef willing to produce and cook hands-on
- Experience in catering production for 20–500 pax
- Knowledge across international and European cuisine, finger food, desserts, flying buffet, buffet stations (lunch -and dinner), BBQ
- Experience in production planning and leading kitchen helpers with limited culinary backgrounds
- Fluent in English
