We are looking for a Chef (m/w/d) to join our Remcheid kitchen team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your mission

- Planning the weekly catering and daily lunch production
- Reviewing order requests and aligning with supply chain to ensure product availability
- Preparing mise en place to the point where dishes can be regenerated and sent to the client
- Improving existing menu items and developing new ones alongside the product team

Your profile

- Experienced chef willing to produce and cook hands-on
- Experience in catering production for 20–500 pax
- Knowledge across international and European cuisine, finger food, desserts, flying buffet, buffet stations (lunch -and dinner), BBQ
- Experience in production planning and leading kitchen helpers with limited culinary backgrounds
- Fluent in English
